Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Programs

The Eight-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program and Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention Program are offered regularly. These programs meet for seven weeks, usually from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Thursdays and for an all-day silent retreat on a Saturday. They are modeled on the Eight-Week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program established by Jon Kabat-Zinn, at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and the Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention for Addictive Behaviors of Sarah Bowne, Neha Chawla, and G. Alan Marlatt.
